Cedar Grilling Planks - $1.00 Each
The latest rage in cooking. Soak the plank for at least 1 hour in water. Some recipes call for you to soak the planks for up to 6 hours. The longer the soak the better the smoke. Place your fish or meat directly on the plank with seasonings and BBQ. The cedar will smoke which produces a delightful smoky flavor to your meal. Hint - keep a spray bottle filled with water to douse the board if it catches on fire. These can be used up to 10 times if it is not to charred or cracked.
