So how much?
Each custom job generally requires individual quotations.
Howerver a few guidelines that can be followed for budgeting purposes:
Shop time rate is 60$ per hour
S3S is about a 1$ more per BF
S4S is about a 1.75$ more per BF
Sanding up to 15" wide boards/ panels 1 face- 2.50$(120 grit) per BF with a min. charge of 15.00$.
Sanding over 15" wide boards/ panels both faces- min. charge of 75$(80 grit)
Moudler set-up fee is 25$ per knife run.( example- Crown Moulding set up is $50 because face and back profiles are cut)
